Sending the package

As a general rule, packages are sent within 24/48 hours after receipt of payment. If you need another logistics operator, it may incur additional charges, please contact us. You can follow the shipment in the "HISTORY AND DETAILS OF MY ORDERS" tab of "My account".

Shipping charges include handling and packaging, as well as postage. Handling costs have a fixed price, while transport costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in one order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will be applied for each one individually.

All shipments are insured so if you receive something in poor condition, take photos of the shipping label and damage before removing anything. Then send them to us at info@en/ with the subject "CLAIM OPERATOR". Keep in mind that a cardboard box may have a bump, but the products inside are perfect. Return policy

When requesting the return of a product / s there are three possible scenarios.

  1. You want to return a product because you don't want it. If the product has not been opened and has no damage, you have 10 days to request a return and refund or exchange from the date of shipment. Shipping back to the warehouse is at the customer's expense.
  2. You want to return a product that we have sent you by mistake. You have 10 days from the shipping date to request a return and refund or exchange. Shipping back to the warehouse is provided by VERTEX.
  3. You want to return a defective product, contact us to review the case.
