Why does the printer have 3D printed parts?

It is made up of 3D printed parts that we manufacture ourselves at our headquarters and combined with metal parts. This, although it may seem like a disadvantage, is actually the opposite as we explain below.

1- The most advantageous and important reason is that in this way, we can evolve your printer over time, so the printer you buy today will not be the same as in 2 years. With the users opinions collected, we will design totally free updates of new parts that improve the performance or functionality of the printer and you will only have to take care of downloading, printing and installing them. On the contrary, if you have a printer with exclusively metal parts, this would be very expensive for you as a user and it is most likely that you will not be able to evolve your printer or you will end up downloadeing random upgrades from the internet and 3D printing them. You also have the guarantee that the parts that you are going to download and print to install in your VERTEX XL, are designed by professionals and that everything will work as it should.

2-It gives us freedom when choosing the colors and the design of the printer.

3- We reduce manufacturing costs which affects the final price you are paying.

4- We control the manufacturing process and quality since we manufacture ourselves.

When will my order be delivered?

By placing a pre-order now, you are assigned a position on the waiting list currently 3 months from purchase. (Due to the health situation, the delivery date might change).

Why pre-order?

This is the option we have chosen to finance ourselves and thus be able to bring good quality components at a more competitive price than anywhere else and on the same platform.

Is the purchase safe?

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your pre-order at any time, but this will automatically mean losing your position on the waiting list.
